Beautiful Cooper is an adult male German Shepherd cross. We have estimated him to be approximately 5 years old and gave him a birthdate of March 21, 2020. Cooper is a very calm, gentle and accepting boy that is loving the attention he is currently receiving in his foster home. Cooper's story is a sad one. His owner passed away and the owner's family didn't want him. Put out to fend for himself, he was picked up by the rural animal control officer and the family refused to claim him.
