About Shawty
Meet Shawty! Shawty is a very sweet girl who loves affection and is always looking for an opportunity to soak up some extra love! Once she feels comfortable with you, her playful personality shines through, and she'll happily enjoy spending time bonding with her favourite people. Shawty can be nervous around new people and in unfamiliar environments, so she'll need a patient family who can give her time to settle in and build confidence at her own pace. With gentle encouragement, positive reinforcement, and plenty of reassurance, she can learn that new experiences aren't so scary after all!…
What's really in Shawty's mix?
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Shawty, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
