About Phoebe
FOSTER-TO-ADOPT FOUND Say hello to little Phoebe! As you may be able to tell from her photos, Phoebe is an adorable albino French Bulldog – with a heart as big as her personality. This sweet girl may be mostly blind, but she doesn't let that slow her down one bit! Phoebe lives by the phrase "play hard, love harder". Once she learns her surroundings, she's full of confidence, curiosity, and endless playfulness. Phoebe loves being close to her people and is happiest curled up on your lap or snuggled beside you on the couch. She might not be able to see you clearly, but she'll still know if…
What's really in Phoebe's mix?
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Phoebe, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
