Kylo

Why Kylo Needs a New Home

Looking to Rehome Kylo – North Bay, ON Kylo is an almost 5-year-old, neutered Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix, around 60 lbs. He is up to date on vaccinations with no known health issues. Kylo is an intelligent, active, loving dog who is very attached to his people and is a true Velcro dog. He may do best with a single, active person who has dog experience and can give him plenty of time and attention. He struggles with anxiety and certain fears. He is generally okay with cats but may try to play when they get hyper. Unfortunately, Kylo has a history of resource guarding and biting, including a recent serious incident in our home. With a young child, we can no longer safely manage the situation and have made the heartbreaking decision to rehome him. We want to be completely transparent about his history and find an experienced, suitable home or reputable rescue equipped to assess his needs. Please message me if you can help. This is a very difficult decision, and our priority is everyone’s safety and Kylo’s future.
