Celvin, a survivor with an incredible capacity for love who's overcome tremendous hardship to find joy again. Found on the streets of Turks and Caicos where people were unkind to him, Celvin has learned to be cautious with new people and may bark or lunge when he feels uncertain. He needs slow, patient introductions to build the trust that unlocks his wonderful personality.
