Sweet, loving, playful, velcro dog. PLEASE READ ENTIRE BIO PRIOR TO APPLYING Toby has recently joined our rescue as a result of some life changes in his family. He has settled into his foster home while we took the time to get to know him and his needs in his future home. Toby is a very sweet and loving boy. He loves people and likes other dogs, but can be selective. He is a velcro dog who has demonstrated some separation anxiety.
