Finnegan here… yup, again! Sadly, my adoption didn’t work out, and a few months after finding a home, I’m back at Animatch looking for my second chance. I’m a handsome Cocker Spaniel with plenty of personality—and, admittedly, a little too much enthusiasm when I meet other dogs while I’m on leash. You see, I’m leash reactive. That can mean barking, whining, lunging, and generally making a big fuss when another dog comes into view. It’s not me being a bad dog; I simply get overexcited and don’t always know what to do with all those feelings. Unfortunately, my adopter didn’t always feel strong…
