My name is Tiger, and I am one proud, brindle, one-of-a-kind boy! My striking coat is sure to attract plenty of compliments as we strut our stuff on daily walks and adventures. But remember, folks, a handsome coat is just the wrapping! My personality will be shaped by proper socialization, training, and the environment I grow up in – not the colour of my fur. Before arriving at Animatch, I was transferred from Animal Control after finding myself in a home with simply too many dogs. Sadly, situations like mine are a reminder of why spaying and neutering our dogs (and cats!) is so important.…
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Tiger, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
If Tiger isn't quite the right fit, these dogs are close matches.
