About Sister
Sister is originally from Jamaica, where she spent the majority of her life living in a shelter. Her world was turned upside down during Hurricane Melissa, when the only home she knew was completely destroyed. Sister, along with more than 50 other dogs, made her way to North America for a second chance at finding a home. When Sister first came to RAD, she was very inhibited and quiet. Everything around her was unfamiliar, and she needed time to begin adjusting to her completely new environment. With patience and consistency, her personality slowly began to come through.
