There are some dogs who come through our doors, find their families and leave a little piece of themselves behind with us forever. Rosemary is one of those dogs. ❤️ And if there were ever a world championship for puppy dog eyes, we’re pretty sure Rosemary would take home the gold. 🥹 But truthfully, those big, soulful eyes have seen more than they ever should have. When Rosemary first came into our care, she was severely emaciated. She was so thin, so depleted and in such poor condition that, in all honesty, we weren’t sure she was going to make it. Even with everything we could give…
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Rosemary, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
If Rosemary isn't quite the right fit, these dogs are close matches.
