Why Marshall Needs a New Home

Unfortunately we can no longer take care of Marshall due to our situation. We originally took this dog (Boston terrier) in from a friend who had rescued him from an abusive owner. Marshall was missing most of his fur and had a bad eye ulcer when we got him so we quickly got him to a vet, he had eye surgery to fix his ulcer and other procedures plus some updated vaccines. He is potty trained fully, great with children. Its been 2 years since then and he is now healthy and happy but he has some issues, any "strange" men that come into the house he either goes for their ankles and bites or cowars and pees himself, we assume this is due to the abuse he sustained in his previous home and we were told he was kept on a porch outside even in winters. He also hates other dogs on walks and will bark at them but he loves our other dog. We have a new baby coming, atudents coming to live here with us so we can afford our mortgage and 2 injured family members living here which makes things really hard with Marshall and also it's not fair to him because he needs to be locked up a lot. Oh and he also is chipped. We want to find him a home where he can be happy 😊
