Charlie here is the sweetest guy who is ready for his new beginnings! We have a limited history on Charlie, but we have learned quite a bit about him since he has been in our care. He is partially deaf, so we have been working on using hand signals to get him to sit, and he is learning quickly. Charlie seems interested in other dogs, but we haven’t seen how he interacts with them without a barrier between them yet. Charlie can get quite anxious when left alone, and tends to be vocal.
