Based on Owner Rehoming's listing, and in some cases inferred from Mocha's description. Always confirm with them before deciding.
My girlfriend and I have been having work scheduling problems and Mocha is alone on the days that we work together. I have been having financial difficulties lately and allergy problems as well, My allergies only started after we got her.
Mocha is Chocolate Labrador mix. She is a very smart dog. Understands and learns all the commands really easily. Loves to play fetch (doesn’t understand yet to give the ball back, but eventually does give the ball back), Tug and just with whatever toy is available. She is a chewer but doesn’t chew anything else but her toys. She is house trained, crate trained and well behaved dog. Eats once a day and we give her water twice a day. Not a talker but does whine, growl and bark occasionally.
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Mocha, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
Other dogs being rehomed by their families across Canada.
