Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the significant one and is common enough in the breed that screening is standard practice; hip dysplasia also appears, unusually for a cat, and is linked to the size. Ask about cardiac screening specifically. Polydactyly, extra toes, is common in the breed and is harmless.
